Security review
for your website and app.
Nextchain helps you review risks and decide what to address first, before launch or while your product is in use.
We agree on the scope before starting.

For projects built with AI, coded yourself or developed by a team
For new and existing websites and apps
Reports state both findings and areas not reviewed
Risks that deserve a closer look.
A working interface does not tell you how well its data is protected. The review depends on the application and materials you authorize us to access.
Exposed API keys and data
Initial review of the public application
Look for signs of sensitive information exposed in the public application. Checking source code for secrets requires separate access.
Login and access permissions
Deeper review with authorized access
Identify checks needed to confirm users can only access their own data. A deeper review requires test accounts and an agreed scope.
Dependencies and deployment settings
Scope depends on the materials provided
Compare dependency versions against security advisories when a dependency list is available, and review public settings within the agreed scope.
Start with an initial review.
Get an initial assessment to help decide whether a deeper review is needed. We agree on the scope at each stage.
Tell us about your projectThe initial scope is free
- One project, with the scope confirmed before the review.
- Public areas and one main user flow, where accessible.
- A short report with any findings, evidence, limitations and next steps.
When you need a deeper review or fixes
Source code, databases, permissions across multiple roles and retesting after fixes are scoped and quoted separately. The initial review is not a comprehensive penetration test or security certification.
From your request to next steps.
- Step 1
Share your project
Tell us what you have built and what you want reviewed. No system access is needed at this stage.
- Step 2
Agree on the scope
Nextchain contacts you by email to confirm authorization, review areas and scheduling.
- Step 3
Receive findings and guidance
See the results for the agreed scope. Choose whether to make fixes yourself or discuss further support.

Before you register
What does the free initial review include?
One project within a scope confirmed in advance: public settings, signs of exposed information and one main user flow where accessible. The report states what was reviewed, any findings, areas not reviewed and recommended next steps.
Can you check all security aspects with just a URL?
A URL only gives access to public areas. Reviewing source code, access permissions, databases or server-side secrets requires separately agreed access and scope. Areas without enough information are marked as not reviewed.
Can I register a live website or a project that has not launched?
You can submit a new or existing website or app, including projects without a public URL. Projects built with AI, coded yourself or developed by another team are welcome. Describe what you want reviewed; Nextchain will confirm availability and a suitable scope.
Do I need to send source code, passwords or API keys now?
Registration only requires contact details and a project description. Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens or customer data in the form. If deeper review requires access, we will agree on how to share it and limit permissions first.
When will I receive the results?
After receiving your request, Nextchain will email you to confirm the project, scope and schedule. Report delivery is agreed at that stage, depending on complexity and the information provided.
Does a review guarantee that my application is completely secure?
The report reflects checks within a specific scope at a particular time. An initial review is not security certification or a comprehensive penetration test. Later changes may introduce new risks and require another review.
