Restaurant website: an appealing menu, quick bookings, easy to find
People choosing a restaurant for a family dinner, a client meal or a team outing usually look at the dishes, the price range and the atmosphere first. Your restaurant website puts all of that behind one link, with a booking form so you can plan seating ahead.

Common problems for restaurant businesses
Customers call just to ask about prices and dishes
The website menu has photos, prices and portion notes. Customers check it first, so calls are mostly for bookings.
Bookings for large groups and company events get missed
The booking form captures the date, time, party size and special requests, and sends them to WhatsApp or email so you can confirm with the customer.
With several locations, customers go to the wrong address
Each location has its own address, opening hours, phone number and directions button.

Frequently asked questions
Can the website replace a reservation system or POS?
No. The booking form sends a request for you to confirm manually; the website does not manage free tables or payments. If you need to connect a reservation system or POS, Nextchain quotes it separately as a project.
What if my restaurant has several locations?
Each location has its own page or section with its address, opening hours and map. The number of locations shown depends on the plan you choose.
Is there a charge for seasonal menu and price changes?
Menu and price changes count toward the monthly edits included in your plan. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start.
